As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for building new sales channels at Coup
You work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and R&D Consulting and take ownership of strategically relevant projects related to pipeline development and market entry
Your goal: to establish a scalable lead pipeline through the systematic development of multiplier networks and new go-to-market channels
You identify new opportunities, actively drive the acquisition of relevant accounts and multipliers, and negotiate cooperation models that create win-win situations
You create spaces for exchange and trust
You are responsible for the success of our market entries into new segments
You define and track KPIs for your channels
Requirements
You have the experience and drive to build sales channels in a structured way and make their success measurable
You see yourself as an entrepreneurial link between strategy and sales, with a strong strategic drive
You have experience leading cross-functional teams and manage projects (e.g., product launches or events) in a structured way from planning through rollout
Analytical competence: You think in sales funnels. You are data-driven and track the success of your activities using leads, conversion rates and pipeline impact
Conceptual strength & creativity: You have an excellent sense for language and design. You can translate complex topics into compelling narratives that reflect our market positioning
Communication: You communicate clearly and precisely in German and English and are experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, Sales, Product, Content, VCs, event partners, etc.)
Hands-on mentality: You enjoy driving multiple topics simultaneously and are ready to both plan tactically and get hands-on operationally, e.g., at trade shows
You have relevant professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or B2B Sales
You have experience with Google Suite (in particular Slides), Pipedrive and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello)
