They are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Manager to expand their client base and strengthen relationships through direct engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients within the U.S. market for staffing services
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person interactions
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, meetings, and networking events
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Strong experience in direct client interaction and face-to-face meetings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively
- Existing network of clients in the U.S. staffing market
- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles in staffing services
- Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends
