Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across mission-critical U.S. Navy programmes. The role involves leveraging networks to influence decision-makers and drive business growth through strategic engagement in the naval defence sector.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network to access and influence decision-makers
- Shape and position opportunities across naval defence programmes
- Drive business growth through strategic insight and customer engagement
- Support capture activities across the full sales lifecycle
- Provide market intelligence and customer access to internal teams
- Align engineering and commercial functions with customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong experience in defence business development
- Established network within the U.S. Navy / defence sector
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Background in defence or aerospace programmes (naval preferred)
- Experience working with primes and government customers
- Commercially focused with understanding of procurement (FAR/DFAR)
- Track record of supporting or winning strategic opportunities
