About this role
Role Overview
Manage claims (sickness/incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death)
Assemble and prepare case files (analysis of supporting documents and coverage)
Monitor benefit payments
Answer telephone calls and advise our clients (HR contacts)
Manage the contract lifecycle (registration/cancellation, collection of premiums)
Requirements
Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent
1 year of experience in provident/group insurance in a similar role
Attention to detail and responsiveness
Strong organizational skills
Strong numerical aptitude
Good interpersonal skills
Team-oriented
Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
Good command of written and spoken French
