About this role
Role Overview
- Build and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
- Automate and optimize workflows with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Design and implement Copilot Agents to streamline tasks.
- Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Connect Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and external platforms into seamless, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart automation and AI-driven outcomes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve workflows and integrations for maximum performance.
- Keep clear, structured documentation to support scalable and reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Must-haves:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how automation can improve business processes.
- Experience designing workflows and building efficient automation solutions.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Copilot Agents or other AI-powered automation tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and environment management best practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools like AI Builder or similar integrations.
- Microsoft certifications (such as Power Platform Developer Associate).
