Provide input for assembly make Vs. buy proposals
Co-ordination with Plant Team for Initial phase of Productionizing CME SPOC at Plant
Installation and commissioning of assembly, testing Equipment

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Production; Bachelor of Engineering General
5 to 8 years in Manufacturing out of which 3 to 4 years in Process Engg. / Mfg. Engg. would be preferred
Proven expertise in evaluating and implementing Design for Assembly (DFA) principles
Successful track record in developing detailed Plant Layouts, assembly processes, and tooling solutions
Demonstrated ability in the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of assembly and material handling equipment
Extensive experience in conducting Process FMEA, creating Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Hands-on experience leading training programs for new model assembly processes
Expertise in manufacturing strategy formulation for new products
