Ensure execution of roll shop management service contracts at customer site
Carry out site activities and Maintenance as per scope of work agreed in the contract
Plan and execute roll shop service activities at the site as per the given planning/customer’s requirement and ensure zero downtime in the mill operation
Manage team of Shift-in-charges and workers at the site
Manage bearing servicing area, stand mounting/dismounting, crane operations, and roll CNC grinding operations
Maintain set system/quality standards—including checklists and service records of all working areas
Maintain 5S and safety
Plan the spares required, tools, manpower, etc.
Create best service provider image for Schaeffler, including mapping customer applications and bearing requirements
Requirements
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical

4 years’ experience in the Roll Shop Maintenance area
Must have a good knowledge of Bearing mountings & maintenance practices of these segments
Should be Customer focused with strong customer network
Candidates with Bearings Industry Experience are highly preferred.
