Consultant Analyst – Industrial

Role Overview

• Support the execution of continuous improvement projects in industrial settings by mapping processes and identifying waste and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Standardization and Quick Changeover (SMED).
• Collect and analyze operational data, monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of actions.
• Work on the shop floor (Gemba), following routines and supporting the implementation of improvements with teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and action plans.
• Support training activities and the dissemination of a continuous improvement culture.
• Assist in organizing materials, controls and monitoring project deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment (e.g., Production Planning and Control (PCP/PPC), Production, Continuous Improvement or related areas).
• Experience or exposure to roles such as PCP Analyst, PCP Assistant, Production Lead/Supervisor or similar is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and improvement tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis support tools.
• Willingness to travel.
• Own transportation preferred.
