Role Overview
Prospect and identify partners willing to market our products and services
Participate in the planning and execution of commercial strategies to drive results in the region
Develop a consistent pipeline of new business with the clients of your partners
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners, delivering an exceptional service experience
Ensure attainment of sales and revenue targets and alignment with Rodobens' strategic guidelines
Monitor performance indicators and report results to leadership
Represent Rodobens at events, meetings and negotiations, acting as a brand ambassador
Safeguard the company's institutional image, promoting its pillars and values with a strong commitment to excellence
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
Skills: Communication, proactivity, teamwork, commercial management, public speaking skills; prospecting new partners
Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office, advanced Excel proficiency, and negotiation techniques
Preferred: Commercial experience with outside/field sales
