Azuria Water Solutions, through its subsidiary Manufactured Technologies Corporation (MTC), is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Central Region in the United States. This role focuses on executing annual sales plans, cultivating understanding of CIPP products, and developing sales opportunities to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of annual sales plans in the Central Region of the United States
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of MTC products and services which include optimal Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) installation and long-term performance products and services
- Identify, develop and close sales opportunities to help achieve its revenue and profit goals
- Work with the MTC sales staff and leadership to conduct educational training and sales meetings with existing customers and prospects to maintain favorable business relationships with key accounts
- Help get MTC technical specifications included in municipal bid documents when necessary; qualify leads for subsequent opportunities using Salesforce (our CRM tool)
- Prepare quotes and set pricing based on established price lists and guidance from leadership
- Assist customers with product design questions, submittals, technical data and deliver prompt investigation of client concerns, providing solutions and/or referral to appropriate MTC staff
- Generate market intelligence for capture in Salesforce and perform analysis of competitor products, services and pricing
- Route customer orders and wetout requests to Customer Service team
- Review MTC aging reports and assist with A/R collections when necessary
- Represent MTC at trade shows and/or professional organizations
- Provide input into the development of future business plans, marketing communications and product portfolio
- Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports including ongoing status reports to detail sales activity such as sales forecast and recent wins
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Construction Management
- 7 years related sales experience within the trenchless industry with CIPP product knowledge
- Sales and product installation work in the trenchless rehabilitation industry required
- Must be comfortable meeting sales activity and performance expectations with a genuine interest in serving customers, self-motivated, competitive and achievement oriented, and capable of working independently within a team structure while being supervised remotely
- Strong interpersonal skills – good listener/communicator, problem solver and negotiator
- Must be able to travel 50 to 75% of the time
- MBA is preferred
