Work closely with the Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance and wider Business Unit to assist with iGaming growth strategies and associated regulatory impact
Support iGaming entry or transition to new markets or jurisdictions ensuring full compliance with evolving regulations
Support iGaming product compliance functions outside of North America in taking on product compliance responsibilities in newly entered markets
Ensure smooth handover to BAU ways of working
Support the continuous evaluation and improvement of the Company’s iGaming regulatory compliance framework, including procedures and, where applicable, internal controls, to meet regulatory requirements
Work with LNW licensing teams and iGaming business ensuring corporate compliance/licensing needs are met, as applicable
Support proactive and collaborative relationships with regulatory authorities, as needed
Support the continuous assessment of regulatory risks
Stay current on responsible gambling best practices and related regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
Proven experience in regulatory compliance within highly regulated industries, preferably within the igaming or casino industry
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements
