Manage the end-to-end workflow for sales including vendor onboarding, coordinating CIF submissions and ensuring all required documentation is collected and validated
Partner with Sales Leaders and internal teams to ensure consultants are accurately set up in Oracle/Netsuite
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist with preparing and organizing sales proposals and supporting materials
Track sales contracts, key dates, renewals, and licensing/permit requirements to ensure compliance and timely execution
Maintain and update customer records and related documentation in internal systems and CRM tools
Support the sales organization with pipeline tracking, forecasting support, and reporting
Coordinate and communicate across Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure processes run smoothly
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and tracking processes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales operations, contract coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and track deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills
