Developing, leading, and executing scalable marketing activations across the user lifecycle to drive adoption and repeated engagement with the Gemini app in EMEA.
Owning and continuously optimizing key growth metrics, conversion rates, and the end-to-end user journey, identifying and removing friction points.
Designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments to identify the most impactful strategies and translating user behavior into actionable insights.
Contributing to EMEA Gemini marketing strategy by developing and executing GTM plans for new features and product launches. Ensuring maximum awareness and adoption among target segments.
Driving complex projects and collaborating effectively with global and local Marketing teams, as well as Product, Engineering, and Data Science partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3-7 years of professional experience in a high-growth environment, specifically within Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy Consulting, or Product Management.
Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate analytical insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies and experiments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient English speaker.
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders.
