Responsible for defining system interactions, data flows, non-functional requirements, and implementation patterns.
Leads technical design and architecture reviews.
Define sound architectural principles, maintain high coding standards and act as the primary technical authority.
Establish effective coordination with both Upstream and Downstream IT applications.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Enhance the Channel Delivery tool by exploring AI technologies.
Oversee and regulate AI use cases within Managed Service and Channel Service Delivery Organization.
Assist the Channel Delivery team by providing project management support, establishing collaboration with the business, and overseeing projects.

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
8-10 years of related experience in IT
3-4 years of project management experience
In-depth knowledge of HP Channel processes
ServiceNow Technology
Industry trends, DevOps and AI technology including Agentic AI capabilities
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required
Extensive business expertise across various process domains
Skilled at advancing process improvements through the application of quality enhancement tools and methodologies.
