Support creative projects from intake to delivery, helping track timelines, next steps, and approvals.
Manage a queue of daily/ongoing creative requests, ensuring clear communication and timely coordination.
Assist producers and creative leads with larger campaign productions, including planning support, task tracking, and status updates.
Help ensure projects progress on time and within SOW by flagging risks, dependencies, and changes as they arise.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned.
Maintain organization of project files, versions, and assets to support smooth collaboration and handoffs.
Partner cross-functionally with professionalism and a service-minded attitude and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
High school diploma required and currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Production, Film/Media, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
