Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Drive accountability for regional and state-level KPIs
Partner with leadership on regional growth initiatives
Track and analyze performance metrics
Engage in community outreach and education
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations management, case management, or care coordination at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists (where applicable).
Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
Must meet all state and job-related pre-employment requirements.
