Support financial analysis, control reporting, and data validation within a highly system-dependent environment
Manage and maintain key control reports for AFT, Claims Clearing, Deposits and Receivables
Perform ongoing financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Validate data integrity across systems and reporting outputs
Identify missing, duplicated, or misapplied transactions through regular analysis
Conduct Variance and trend analysis to detect inconsistencies and anomalies
Investigate issues caused by system jobs, data gaps, or process inefficiencies
Provide insight and recommendations to improve controls and reduce risk

2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or financial operations role
Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros considered an asset)
Experience in Group Benefits an asset
Familiarity with systems such as Outlook, Manuconnect, V3locity, Clients II and ASO Billing system is considered an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency
Excellent organizational skills and documentation skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
