Manager, Employee Communications

Role Overview

• Serve as lead producer on internal short-form video series
• Own the full communications strategy for marquee internal events
• Write, edit, and refine a wide range of internal communications
• Lead operations for the internal short-form video program
• Provide ongoing data analysis and KPI dashboard management
• Support distribution of content across the company

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience across the video production lifecycle
• Proven ability to build and manage complex communications plans
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technology concepts
• Strong understanding of data analytics and content performance measurement
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, culture-first mindset
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Familiarity with Slack as a communications platform
• Experience working with external contractors or video production teams
• Proficiency in editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
• A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
