Role Overview
Responsible for the interpretation and implementation of Graduate College’s CRM system procedures for assigned areas
Coordinates the completion of studies.
Coordinate with Graduate Admissions to execute all recruitment and admissions processes in Slate, including but not limited to applications, workflows, communications, and event management.
Design, implement, maintain and enhance Slate portals and dashboards for various audiences.
Creating reports using queries and data collection to support all Graduate Admissions needs ensuring data integrity and quality across core systems.
Serving as the primary technical liaison for the Graduate College and collaborating with the University’s project manager, vendors, and campus stakeholders on integrations addressing complex business or system issues.
Establish and implement Slate processes to effectively meet program requirements and ensure efficient, streamlined support for all routes of enrollment.
Conducting ongoing analysis of business processes, making recommendations, and delivering solutions that align with the overall unit goals.
Gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations of process and procedural documentation, and implementing approved changes.
Developing, testing, and deploying new Slate functionality, including rules, decision letters, events, forms, and communication campaigns.
Maintaining compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations related to admissions data and records.
Providing training, guidance, and documentation to Graduate College staff and the University community on Slate functionality, updates, and best practices, as well as creating follow up presentation and reports to relevant colleagues.
Collaborate with all Graduate College administrators, faculty, and staff, and undergraduate admissions, IT, and other university partners to improve the growing needs of admissions and enrollment.
Documenting all procedures by creating manuals for business needs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
A master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience required.
Experience working with Slate systems.
