About this role
Role Overview
Provides administrative support to highest level of administration
Handles meeting and conference logistics
Prepares and monitors budgets and project proposals
Researches and compiles information for reports and presentations
Manages office preparations
Maintains calendar for several executives
Coordinates travel arrangements
Reviews and forwards correspondences to executives
Leads meetings addressing operational issues and develops resolutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or a related field
Three years of office administration or senior secretarial experience
Previous experience with various personal computer software applications
Ability to type or keyboard 60 accurate words per minute
