Coordinate the inbound and outbound flow of goods, materials, and equipment between suppliers, internal departments, and end customers.
Partner with transportation providers to schedule shipments, ensure timely pickups/deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
Monitor real-time tracking of shipments and proactively communicate progress, changes, or delays to stakeholders.
Collaborate with departments such as production, sales, and distribution to align logistics with operational needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, freight costs, inventory, and other key logistics data.
Prepare detailed reports for management regarding shipping performance, costs, and process improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or vendor disruptions, ensuring timely resolution.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering clear and consistent communication.

2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing experience preferred)
Proficient in logistics or ERP systems
Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) considered a plus
Strong understanding of various transportation modes (LTL, FTL, parcel)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
