About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the observability discipline of the IT Operations team
- Definition of service levels and service level indicators
- Elimination of "toils" and continuous improvement
- Expansion of SRE practices
- Serve as a technical leader for the SRE discipline, providing guidance and strategic solutions
- Ability to lead a war room during troubleshooting and crisis situations
- Assess maturity, define optimization strategies, adjust process outcomes, and measure results
- Monitor technical and business metrics and indicators, focusing on availability, resilience, and performance of IT services
- Proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Modernization projects and cloud migration journeys
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace
- Instrumentation experience with Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, ELK, and Zabbix
- Experience in log analysis and in connectivity/integration scenarios between applications and partners
- Knowledge of API management, RESTful standards, API lifecycle, best practices, and documentation (Swagger)
- Experience with GitLab
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Knowledge and/or experience managing banking environments (PCI) is a plus
