Work in the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardization and organization of routines
Support project governance (schedules, meeting minutes, documentation, and controls)
Monitor project performance indicators
Support portfolio control and resource allocation (FTE)
Consolidate operational information and support the preparation of management reports
Update and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
Ensure quality and organization of project information
Support tracking of project risks and status

Minimum of 3 years' experience in PMO / Project Management / Planning or Processes
Experience with project governance routines
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMBOK
Experience in monitoring KPIs/indicators
Strong written communication (reports, meeting minutes, documentation)
Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Power BI
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Experience working in consulting environments
Intermediate English
