Analyze and triage incoming claim-related communications and documentation
Process, index, archive, and manage documents within the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) in line with SLAs
Match and route mail, certified documents, and evidence to appropriate claims accurately
Support bill matching, CAS reviews, 360° video evidence management, and eDiscovery requests
Ensure documentation integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with established SOPs and policies.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
5–7 years of work experience in document processing, claims support, or back-office operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to work across multiple systems
Good communication skills and ability to adhere strictly to compliance and quality standards.
