Commercial Auto Claims Representative

Role Overview

• Manage an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims
• Verify policy coverage and gather necessary information
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by interacting professionally with insureds
• Conduct investigations to gather pertinent information
• Negotiate settlements and escalate to manager as appropriate
• Achieve quality standards on every file
• Maintain compliance with state/local regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire
• Prior claim handling, or business experience in the insurance industry and/or customer service is preferred
