- Coordinate virtual All Hands meetings
- Support culture and engagement plans
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness
Requirements
- 2+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Advanced English level
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Slack, SharePoint, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp experience
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills with a portfolio showcasing written and visual communication work
- Experience working in a global business environment and managing communication tools and content calendars
