Role Overview
- Analyzing business needs to define IT solutions
- Conduct impact analyses and effort estimations to propose, get approval for, and document IT solutions
- Support the development of solutions and analyses performed
- Participate in testing activities with IT teams
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog
- Write user stories consumable by developers and the testing team
- Build and maintain robust, accurate, and accessible functional documentation for all company stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management or IT in progress
- Strong interest in business analysis and documentation processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required
