Service & Operations Specialist – Tax Reporting

Role Overview

• Ensure accurate withholding and reporting of income subject to U.S. tax regulations for domestic and foreign clients.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile IRS Form 1042‑S for foreign clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies related to tax withholding, client income reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Support additional tax reporting functions and regulatory initiatives as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow established controls to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support smooth processing and timely reporting cycles.

Requirements

• Experience in service, operations, tax reporting, or financial services operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data accuracy requirements
• High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex rules and apply them consistently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
