Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support
Maintain and manage the GLPI helpdesk database
Manage staff onboarding and offboarding
Install workstations and deploy them according to the replacement schedule
Responsible for tracking hardware inventory
Participate in departmental projects under the direction of project managers
Handle user support and assistance requests
Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
Ensure traceability of requests using the GLPI tool

Write technical procedures for the service and ensure the accuracy of the documentation repository
Create user-facing training materials to help users operate their tools
Participate in IT projects to evolve the information system
Act as the backup to the school's IT contact in case of absence
Provide training to municipal staff

Proficiency and practical experience with Microsoft Windows PC environments (10, 11)
Required knowledge: thin client / Terminal Server environments, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Windows servers 2008 to 2019, Microsoft Exchange
Security: antispam, antivirus, firewall; enterprise networking: switches and routers
Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 network/system incidents and workstation issues (PC or thin client)
Write IT, technical, or user-oriented documentation for end users or the IT department
Prepare training materials
Assemble and configure a workstation
