Complete department training and work under a current Health Services Director

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
One (1) year experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
California LVN or RN License in good standing
Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for serving older adults
Proficient in basic computer systems
Able to read, write, and speak English
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests
