Role Overview
Play a major role in our success as a Business Development Representative
Fuel our sales pipeline and revenue growth
Open doors and create conversations for AEs
Ensure high-quality meeting bookings for AEs
Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
Adapt based on results and feedback loops
Contribute to playbooks, processes, and feedback that shape how our GTM motion is set up in Germany.
Requirements
Self-driven, proactive mindset, with strong motivation to continuously improve
Outcome-focused approach, where “good enough” beats perfect and impact beats process
Iterative, curious, entrepreneurial mindset, focused on bringing solutions, not just problems
Resilience in the face of rejection, with the ability to hear “no” without taking it personally
Creative problem-solving ability when the obvious path is blocked
Strong verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and German
