About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for both developing new business and managing existing relationships.
Acquire new opportunities through telemarketing, physical customer visits, online searches, and referrals.
Work within assigned territory to find and grow profitable relationships.
Establish new IPFS contacts and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
Foster good working relationships with IPFS Branch Managers and support Associates.
Requirements
2-3 years outside sales experience in the financial services/insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment.
High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills.
Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types.
Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft products.
