Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and decision-maker profiles.
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Research prospects and personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
Build strong product knowledge of the company’s IT software solutions and communicate value propositions effectively.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
Previous experience selling IT software, SaaS products, or technology services is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting cold outreach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
