About this role
Role Overview
Manage, organise and maintain correspondence, including emails and phone calls from multiple channels
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
Suggest, implement and execute management strategies and systems
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
Handle email correspondence, prioritisation, and follow-ups
Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Support project coordination and assist with task tracking
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting senior executives or consultants (Preferred)
Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) (Preferred)
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments (Preferred)
