As Senior Manager, Field Sales, you will take end-to-end responsibility for your sales territory and independently shape its success in a sustainable way.
You will contribute to the existing sales strategy with entrepreneurial vision and your personal approach, build a robust pipeline, and proactively drive new customer acquisition.
The role focuses on active market development and sustainable growth.
You will primarily work with pre-qualified leads but will also contribute your own prospecting initiatives and use market, competitor, and customer insights strategically to unlock the full potential of your territory.
You will have freedom in implementation and receive comprehensive support to successfully achieve your goals.
Requirements
You have at least three years of professional experience in field sales, solution-oriented B2B sales, or a comparable commercial role.
Experience in the ERP environment and a solid understanding of the needs of midsize manufacturing companies distinguish you.
You have very good German language skills and confident English for presentations and day‑to‑day communication.
Proficiency with common Office applications is a given; experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required.
A specific degree or educational background is not decisive for us — what matters more is your experience, attitude, and commercial impact.
You think strategically, act with empathy, and have a good instinct for people, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
You are able to read between the lines, accurately assess customers, and flexibly adapt your approach.
You feel comfortable with complex, long-term sales cycles and bring the necessary perseverance, structure, and self-motivation to develop opportunities consistently over longer periods.
