Role Overview
- Day-to-day management of Meta campaigns
- Creative testing: briefing, launching, and analyzing ad creative
- Scaling spend profitably while maintaining CAC, ROAS, and nMER targets
- Audience development and funnel optimization
- Weekly performance reporting with clear insights
- Day-to-day partner management for Affiliate
- Managing the agency relationship for TikTok
- Executing campaigns for Vibe & AppLovin
- Collaborate with the creative team
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with the majority focused on Meta
- Experience with an incrementality tool to help drive channel decisions
- Deep, keyboard-level expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven ability to scale Meta spend profitably in a DTC or CPG environment
- Strong creative instincts
- Experience managing or coordinating with external agencies
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product management, and lifecycle marketing teams
