Be the operational partner to the US Sales & Clinical Operations Head
Run the manager's weekly operating cadence end-to-end.
Maintain accurate US sales MIS: pipeline movement, win-rate by segment, sales-cycle metrics, leakage analysis, target vs. achievement at the rep, region and product level.
Be the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot for the US Sales and Clinical Ops org.
Run discrete cross-functional programs end-to-end on behalf of the manager.
Partner closely with US-based stakeholders and India-based teams.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, program management or a similar operational/analytical role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, Business or a related discipline. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales)
