Own the patient-facing application end-to-end — architecture, UX patterns, performance, and accessibility
Translate clinical workflow requirements into intuitive patient-facing interfaces
Work directly with team of devs on frontend velocity while maintaining design system consistency and code quality standards
Own the migration path from the existing Supabase-backed prototype to the production FHIR/HealthLake data layer on the frontend
Build and maintain the component library, design tokens, and frontend testing infrastructure
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure UI accurately reflects pharmacy and clinical workflow requirements
Implement frontend observability — error tracking, session replay, performance monitoring, and conversion funnel analytics

5+ years in full-stack development with strong frontend emphasis, including 2+ years building D2C or patient-facing health applications
Expert-level React/Next.js
Strong TypeScript proficiency
Experience with conversational or guided-flow UX patterns
Mobile-first responsive design expertise
Familiarity with FHIR resource consumption on frontend or API integration with healthcare data formats
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Comfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguous requirements and rapid iteration cycles
Preferred Qualifications: Prior work integrating AI/LLM-powered features into user-facing products
