Influencer Talent Intern

Role Overview

• Supporting one of our Talent Managers with the day-to-day operations of managing TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creators
• Assisting with daily communication between talent and brand partners
• Coordinating and tracking campaign deliverables and timelines
• Researching new trends, sourcing new creators to sign, and securing brand opportunities
• Supporting with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination
• Monitoring social media activity for talent and competitors
• Participating in team calls and brainstorming sessions

Requirements

• Are deeply familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture
• Have excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with remote work
• Are eager to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms
• Bonus: Have experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups
