Serve as the primary client point of contact across email, phone, and Zoom, responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff from sales into production, coordinating all necessary information and setting clear expectations.
Coordinate internal project tasks with the team to keep web design and SEO engagements on schedule and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Identify retention risks and upsell opportunities within the account base, taking proactive steps to strengthen client relationships and grow revenue.
Support the sales pipeline by following up with inbound leads and booking qualified calls with the co-founders.
Handle difficult conversations, complaints, and escalations calmly and effectively, resolving issues without requiring founder involvement.
Requirements
Prior experience in an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role within a marketing or web services agency.
Demonstrated understanding of web design project workflows and SEO service delivery, including the ability to speak confidently with clients about both.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Proven track record in client retention, upselling, and supporting sales processes.
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across email, phone, and video calls.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of accounts, and operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced remote environment.
