You proactively engage them, bring them into a conversation and make the first step easy
You determine their current situation, goals and whether they are genuinely ready to make a change
You decide if and how the next step makes sense (e.g., follow-up conversation, consultation appointment)
Maintain follow-up & persistence
You ensure prospects don't fall through the cracks and hear from you again at the right time
Conduct consultation calls and close sales in scheduled calls
You answer open questions, handle objections seriously and guide them to a clear decision: cooperation — yes or no
When it's a fit, you finalize the cooperation with a binding agreement
Requirements
Ideally have prior sales/customer-contact experience — e.g., in coaching, service, or agency environments — or be a motivated career-changer
Willing to work according to a clear process (setter/closer structure makes sense to you or you can learn it quickly)
Be disciplined, punctual, reliable and communicate clearly
Prefer structure and focus — not a different task every day
Want to work full-time and commit to the role long-term
Live in Germany or Austria and have a stable personal situation
