Role Overview
Build initial contacts & start conversations
You reach out to people who have contacted us or who are already in our network.
You proactively approach them, engage them in conversation and make it easy for them to get started.
You find out where they are, what they want and whether they are truly ready to make a change.
You decide if and how the next step makes sense (e.g., further conversation, consultation appointment).
Follow-up & persistence
You ensure that prospects don’t “fall through the cracks” and hear from you again at the right time.
You follow up with people who haven’t decided yet but are otherwise a good fit.
You keep an overview of your contacts, remind them of agreed next steps and consistently continue the conversations.
Your goal: Turn loose interest into a clear decision—step by step.
Consultation calls & closing
In scheduled calls you guide prospects through their situation in a structured way.
You present a clear plan for how they can reach their goal (15–25 kg weight loss, more energy, improved performance).
You answer open questions, take objections seriously and guide them to a clear decision: collaboration — yes or no. If it’s a fit, you close the agreement bindingly.
Requirements
Ideally you already have experience in sales / customer contact — e.g., in coaching, service or agency environments — or you are a motivated career changer
You are willing to work according to a clear process (the setter/closer structure makes sense to you or you can learn it quickly)
You are disciplined, punctual, reliable and communicate clearly
You are looking for structure and focus — not a different task every day
You want to work full-time and can commit to the role long-term
You live in Germany or Austria and have a stable personal situation
