Responsible for originating and monitoring domestic and foreign issuance of corporate and securitized private placements at various levels of the capital structure.
Underwrite new investments.
Provide relative value assessments of investment opportunities.
Portfolio monitoring.
Research and compile portfolio presentations at the request of clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with agent banks in the broadly syndicated market seeking investment opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Seven plus (7+) years private placement experience or similar analytical role.
Developed analytical, structuring and negotiating skills.
Good communication skills.
Possesses creative and independent problem-solving abilities.
MBA, CFA, capital market experience preferred.
