Senior Quality & Delivery Integration Program Manager – Rotorcraft & Turboprop

Role Overview

• Responsible for the connection and interface between Quality to Integrated Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer facing organizations
• Focused on enabling flow, improving quality, and ensuring Clear To Build (CTB) risks to the business are minimized
• Act as a tactical leader, process improvement owner, and mentor to others within the team to optimize quality to enable delivery for all Rotorcraft & Turboprop (RTP) product lines
• Lead quality efforts across RTP product lines by interfacing between engineering, supply chain, and product line teams at the part-number and supplier level

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, related technical field or 7 years of experience in related fields such as procurement, planning, manufacturing, or fulfillment
