Support onboarding projects for new clients, with opportunities to take ownership over time
Track platform usage and adoption, identifying trends and insights for the team
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support client discussions
Maintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systems
Coordinate with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor account activity and highlight areas for internal review and improvement
Assist with platform demonstrations and training sessions
Support Account Managers in preparing for and, where appropriate, joining client conversations
Help improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Interest in the insurance market, ideally within specialty or wholesale environments
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
Interest in technology and digital transformation
