Independently lead the conception, implementation and scaling of Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns to generate highly qualified participant inquiries
End-to-end management and scaling of the paid social presence (Meta & TikTok) and seamless integration into the overall acquisition strategy
Full budget responsibility with a focus on CPL (cost per lead), CPA and ROAS, and data-driven optimization of the entire funnel from click to course completion
Derive precise briefs for the creative team based on performance data and continuously improve landing page conversion rates (CRO)
Ensure end-to-end tracking (GTM, pixels, UTM) and a clean data inbound process into the CRM system (HubSpot)
Requirements
2–5 years of solid experience managing complex Google accounts and social ads accounts (especially Meta and TikTok), ideally in the area of complex educational offerings or lead generation
Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into scalable performance strategies
Deep understanding of platform-specific creative levers (search psychology vs. social engagement) and how to brief them effectively
Combine a strong aesthetic sensibility with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality for rapid iteration of winning creatives
Strong communication skills in German (C1/C2) and very good spoken and written English
