About this role
Role Overview
- Operational support and maintenance of our websites and landing pages
- Publishing, updating and structuring content (seminars, services, technical content)
- Technical and organizational implementation of content specifications from Marketing and specialist departments
- Ensuring a clean content structure (navigation, page logic, linking)
- Support for technical SEO basics (structure, load times, page quality — not strategy)
- Coordination of online updates related to seminars, dates and content
- Acting as the interface between Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management and IT/service providers
- Quality assurance of online presence (currency, consistency, user-friendliness)
- Use of modern digital tools and AI-assisted applications to implement content efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in web content, online editorial work or digital operations
- Confident use of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or equivalent)
- Understanding of digital content, website structures and user navigation
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Good English skills
- Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
- Strong organizational skills and a high implementation focus
- Enjoy collaborating with Marketing, specialist departments and operational teams
