Lead and manage high-priority quality improvement initiatives within the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s State Directed Payment (SDP) IMPACT program.
Coordinate the research and administrative efforts of project team members.
Manage relationships with project sponsors and external partners.
Draft technical reports and stakeholder communications.
Provide subject matter expertise on quality improvement and/or health policy.
Additional program responsibilities include project-related research and technical assistance, drafting and formatting change packages and key driver diagrams, coaching on QI tools, and basic data analysis.
Requirements
A minimum of four years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant experience with a master's degree is required.
Requires successful completion of a background check.
Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
Experience in quality improvement science included but not limited to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Breakthrough Series Model, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or Lean Tools is preferred.
