Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

• Lead and manage high-priority quality improvement initiatives within the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s State Directed Payment (SDP) IMPACT program.
• Coordinate the research and administrative efforts of project team members.
• Manage relationships with project sponsors and external partners.
• Draft technical reports and stakeholder communications.
• Provide subject matter expertise on quality improvement and/or health policy.
• Additional program responsibilities include project-related research and technical assistance, drafting and formatting change packages and key driver diagrams, coaching on QI tools, and basic data analysis.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant experience with a master's degree is required.
• Requires successful completion of a background check.
• Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
• Experience in quality improvement science included but not limited to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Breakthrough Series Model, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or Lean Tools is preferred.
