Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with market demand to drive product adoption
Create clear, compelling messaging and content that communicates product value propositions to target audiences
Collaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and market alignment
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and demand‑generation campaigns
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, market share, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies based on insights
Collaborate with Pricing teams to support pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Product marketing experience within Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles
Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization
