About this role

Responsible for the entire end-to-end sales cycle
Development of strategic account plans
Building new business with mid-sized mechanical engineering companies
Expanding existing accounts
Establishing and maintaining broad relationships with quality managers and production leaders
Collaborating with PreSales, Product Management, Customer Success and Partner Management
Conducting precise territory planning, forecasting and pipeline management
Representing CSP at industry events and mechanical engineering trade shows

Several years of experience in enterprise software sales
Strong understanding of engineering-driven production processes
Ability to win over senior stakeholders
Very good understanding of industrial production environments
Experience in hunting (new business) and farming (account expansion)
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
High degree of ownership, structure and responsibility
CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics or comparable)
Fluent English; German or other European languages are a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
